Biographie

Major de l'école supérieure de cuisine française et fou d'images, Jean-François Mallet est passé naturellement de la cuisine à la photographie. Il a travaillé plusieurs années aux fourneaux avec Joël Robuchon, Michel Rostang, Michel Kenever et Gaston Lenôtre, avant de signer des reportages pour Saveurs, Gourmet USA, Elle à table, Étoiles...
