Biographie

Reem Kassis est cuisinière et auteure. Son amour
de la cuisine lui a été légué par sa famille, connue
pour ses générations de cuisinières. Dès son plus
jeune âge, elle a passé ses week-ends dans les
cuisines de ses grand-mères, de sa mère et de ses
tantes, à observer, à apprendre et à emmagasiner
tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur la cuisine palestinienne.
Tout en préservant le goût des plats traditionnels,
les recettes, adaptées à la vie moderne, deviennent
très faciles à préparer chez soi, même si l'on
manque de temps ou de pratique.
