Laurent Gotti est Journaliste et dégustateur, il a découvert le monde du vin en couvrant la vente aux enchères des Hospices de Beaune en 1997.
Il collabore avec plusieurs publications : La Revue des Vins de France, Guide Hachette des Vins, En Magnum, Gisserot, etc. Il enseigne la géographie viticole et la dégustation auprès de futurs professionnels du vin à l'Inseec et réalise des cartes viticoles parcellaires des grands terroirs bourguignons (Collection Pierre Poupon).
