Biographie

Paula Hawkins a vécu au Zimbabwe, en France et en Belgique, et réside désormais à Londres. Elle a été journaliste pendant quinze ans avant de se consacrer à la fiction. La Fille du train (Sonatine, 2015), son premier roman, a été vendu à plus de 18 millions d'exemplaires dans le monde. Dreamworks en a acquis les droits d'adaptation cinématographique (2016).
Au fond de l'eau a paru chez le même éditeur en 2017, suivi de Celle qui brûle en 2021.
